Keim Soldalit ME was applied onto the external new render surfaces to provide a bright and light reflective, colourfast, breathable, long life, protective and decorative mineral matt finish.
This building was decorated in different styles in order to reproduce the look and ambience of a Czechoslovakia hotel.
One of the building elements has a large number of colourful murals. Keim Paints were expressly specified because the pigments are natural earth oxide and will not fade or discolour, even in the harsh Macau UV light.
